About Blue Orchid
Better systems for work that can’t lose the thread
What we build
One current file behind the work.
The file connects each material update to the right deal, property, party, and original source. Configured workflows can draft the record change, next step, or follow-up from that file.
People keep responsibility for judgment and consequential action. The system prepares the work and waits for approval.
Each engagement begins with one recent deal. We identify its approved sources, repeated coordination, and the decisions that still need a person, then run the smallest useful workflow in review mode before expanding it.
Pilot stage
Evidence comes after the work is measured.
Blue Orchid is working with a small number of real-estate pilot teams. Manas leads each engagement and stays involved as the workflow moves from mapping to review mode.
The team controls source access and decides who can approve changes involving money, deadlines, ownership, contractual obligations, or messages outside the firm. We’ll publish results only after there is a baseline, enough operating history, and permission to share them.
How we work
Begin with one live workflow.
- 01
Map the live workflow
We trace the calls, messages, documents, dates, and business systems behind one active deal.
- 02
Name the approval points
The team decides who reviews external messages and changes involving money, deadlines, ownership, or contractual obligations.
- 03
Run in review mode
The workflow drafts updates and follow-ups beside their source. A person decides what moves.
- 04
Measure before expanding
We compare time, edits, source coverage, and completed work against the starting process.
Bring one deal that keeps getting rebuilt.
In 20 minutes, we’ll map its sources, repeated coordination, and approval points.
