Can Blue Orchid post entries to QuickBooks?

No. It reads QuickBooks Online and, when asked, drafts the bill details. Your bookkeeper enters every bill and entry inside QuickBooks.

Does it keep a copy of our books?

No. It reads QuickBooks live when someone asks. Answers your team saves as notes stay in the deal file, with a link back to the bill or invoice.

Does it work with QuickBooks Desktop?

Not yet. Today it reads QuickBooks Online only. If your books run on Desktop, it can still work from invoices, receipts and the emails around them.

What does early access mean?

The connection works today, and we set it up with your team. We check the first answers together and tell you about anything it can't read yet.
