You have the skills to build something. You're missing the environment.
You can prompt. You can design. You might even be able to code. But building a product that earns money takes more than talent. It takes infrastructure, mentorship, and someone who's done it before sitting next to you.
Most people get stuck here. They take courses, watch tutorials, start projects that die on localhost. The gap isn't knowledge. It's the environment.
The difference
Maya built the Debrief Dating backend in 3 weeks.
She had the idea for a dating app. She didn't have a technical cofounder and didn't want to spend $50K on an agency.
Through the builder program, she got environment setup, mentorship, and weekly calls. She built the backend herself with guidance.
She runs Debrief solo now.
“I shipped my backend without a technical cofounder. That felt impossible before this.”
- Maya, founder of Debrief Dating
How it works
Apply
Tell us what you want to build, or tell us you want an assignment. We read every application within 48 hours.
Get matched
We review your skills, interests, and availability. You get paired with a project and a mentor.
Build with support
Environment setup on day one. Weekly calls, async mentorship, and code review. You do the work, we remove the blockers.
Ship it
Deployment, domain, monitoring. Not "working locally." Live and in front of users.
Earn
Revenue share kicks in. We handle infra costs. The split lasts as long as the product earns.
How the money works
We don't charge you to join. We invest our infrastructure, tools, and mentorship time into your project.
When it earns, we split the revenue. If the product doesn't earn, nobody pays anything.
We only win when you win.
You (the builder)

Two ways in
We assign you a project
We have a backlog of product ideas validated by our research. You pick one that matches your interests and skills, and build it with our support.
Good for people who want to build but aren't sure what. Skip the “what should I make?” phase entirely.
You bring your own idea
Have something you've been thinking about? Pitch it. If we think it has potential, we'll invest our infrastructure and mentorship into it.
Good for people who have a concept but need the environment and support to execute.
Both paths get the same infrastructure, mentorship, and revenue split.
Start before you apply
We maintain several open source projects. Contributing is the best way to show us how you work, and for you to see how we work.
It's not required. But builders who contribute tend to move faster once they're in the program, because they already know our codebase, our tools, and our standards.
Repos coming soon. Follow us for updates.
What we provide
Infrastructure
Development environment, hosting, CI/CD, domains, monitoring. Set up on day one.
Mentorship
Weekly calls with someone who's built and shipped products. Code review, architecture guidance, unblocking.
AI tooling
Access to Claude, Cursor, and the rest of our tool stack. Plus training on how to use them to build faster than you thought possible.
Ideas (if you want them)
A backlog of validated product ideas. Pick one that interests you, or pitch your own.
Who This Is For
You're a good fit if:
- You want to build a product and earn money from it
- You can commit 15+ hours per week to building
- You can use AI tools (Claude, Cursor) or you're willing to learn fast
- You'd rather ship in 3 weeks than plan for 3 months
- You're comfortable being mentored and getting direct feedback
You're probably NOT a good fit if:
- You want someone to build it for you while you watch
- You're looking for a job or a salary. This is entrepreneurial, not employment
- You can't commit consistent hours each week
- You're unwilling to share revenue. We invest time and resources, so the split is the deal
