    Porto privacy policy

    Effective February 15, 2026

    What Porto accesses

Porto can access the following device capabilities, but only when an AI agent you've connected explicitly requests them:

    • Camera: for capturing images or video when an agent needs visual context.
    • Location: for providing geographic context to an agent that asks for it.
    • Clipboard: for reading or writing clipboard content at an agent's request.

Each permission is requested through your device's standard permission prompt. Porto never accesses these capabilities on its own.

    How data is transmitted

When you connect Porto to an AI agent, data flows from your device to that agent via a WebSocket relay. The relay passes messages through in real time. It does not store, log, or inspect the content. Your data goes directly to the agent you chose and nowhere else.

    What we collect

Nothing. Blue Orchid does not collect, store, or process any user data on its servers. We have no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no server-side logs of your Porto activity.

    Device identity

Porto generates a random UUID on your device the first time you open the app. This identifier is stored locally on your device and is used only to establish WebSocket connections. It is never shared with third parties.
